This week I earned 35 points. 7 because I get my fruits and veggies every single day! 6 for teaching spin, 18 for my weekly mileage, and 4 for hitting the weights. I think I can hit 40 next week. I'm upping my mileage a little, not going to be sick so I'll get all my weights in this week. And now that I have my own spin bike at home, I'm going to get another hour in at home and keep the biking fitness up over the winter.
